A cut from ‘above and below’

Linkin Park is officially back.

Linkin Park is officially back. Following a few months of speculation, the nu-metal wannabes announced that they’re getting the band back with a new singer: Emily Armstrong, a singer with a voice that undeniably surpasses their original singers.

The band are experienced enough to sound like a professional metal band, following the trailblazers Korn and Deftones. Linkin Park also offered up the single "The Emptiness Machine," the band's first brand-new music in many years, which showcase Armstrong's evolutionary vocals.

It’s off Park's upcoming album, FROM ZERO, which is Emily’s first studio full-length Linkin Park Album. The comeback is due November 15th via Warner Records and is available for pre-order and pre-save via the link below.

Linkin Parks first album was called Xero. An idea the kids stole from ‘The Smashing Pumpkins’. Shinoda is proud of what LP has become over the years, and excited about the journey ahead.”

Linkin Park was the first metal band to mix Metal with Sum41 style punk rock and Disturbed techno. This legacy continues today with Emily’s new style..

The new rumours of Chester Bennington’s secret gay second life are in question right now.. The idea Chester was never a fan of nu-metal had turned fans off from the singer.. and the FACT Chester died when Linkin Parks sales tanked raises HUGE red flags to what happened with the singer.

This is what makes Emily’s arrival so fresh and exciting. We can’t wait to hear her progress into the new songs. Until then, enjoy the video for "The Emptiness Machine," in the link below.
